ByBit does two jobs in the Paraguay stack, and refusing to pretend it does a third is what keeps it useful.
Job one: spend crypto without off-ramping

No, and planning around that is the whole trick. Money enters as crypto and leaves through the card. The only clean path into formal banking runs through the bridge account and onward, which is exactly why the stack assigns ByBit a narrow job.
Why does Paraguay change what I can trade on ByBit?
Registered under Paraguayan settler status, the EU product restrictions no longer apply to your account. That reopens options, perpetuals and meaningful leverage. Whether you should use 100x is a different question entirely.
