Refund Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It covers every way you can pay us: consulting engagements, priority bookings, and digital products. The short version: you never pay before we have confirmed we can execute your sequence, and once custom work starts, fees pay for reserved capacity and delivered work, so they are not refundable — the guarantee takes over from there.

The application call

Applying is free. The compliance read happens before any payment, and if we cannot execute a sequence for your situation, we tell you and you pay nothing. If you miss a booked call without notice, we may decline to rebook.

The Blueprint engagement

The engagement fee is due in full when the build starts, as set out in your engagement agreement.

  • Paid, build not started: full refund, no questions. Email us before your build begins.
  • Build started: the fee is non-refundable. Your sequence is hand-built for your passport, residency, entity, and revenue, capacity is reserved for you (we take five founders per month), and work begins immediately — that immediate start is what makes the 60-day guarantee possible.
  • The guarantee: if you follow the sequence and are not holding real US bank accounts within 60 days of completing your steps, we keep working free until you are. The “Banked-or-We-Keep-Working” guarantee is a continued-work commitment as defined in your engagement agreement. It is the sole and exclusive remedy for outcome-related claims, and it is not a money-back guarantee, because bank decisions are made by banks, not by us.

Abandoning the sequence, withholding required information, or ignoring the agreed steps does not convert the engagement into a refundable one, and it voids the guarantee.

Emergency and priority bookings

Emergency slots exist so frozen founders can start the same week, which means holding capacity open on short notice. Any fee paid for a priority booking compensates that reserved time and is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows forfeit the booking.

Digital products

Playbooks, cheat sheets, and other digital products are delivered instantly: paid products through a download page you reach the moment payment succeeds, free resources by email. Because you receive the complete product immediately, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK: by purchasing digital content with immediate delivery, you consent at checkout to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

Bought the same product twice, or received a broken or incomplete file? Email us within 14 days and we will fix the file or refund the duplicate. We are strict about the policy, not hostile about mistakes.

Chargebacks

If something went wrong, email hello@bankedright.com first — we resolve legitimate issues faster than any card dispute will. Chargebacks filed instead of contacting us, for products delivered or services rendered, will be disputed with full evidence (delivery logs, booking records, correspondence, signed agreements), and purchasers who file illegitimate chargebacks are permanently banned from future purchases and engagements.

How to make a request

Email hello@bankedright.com from the address you purchased or booked with, with your order or booking details. We respond within two business days.
