Privacy Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It describes what Bankedright (“we”, “us”) collects on bankedright.com (the “Site”) and connected services, how it is used, and the rights you have over it. The Site is operated by AnimaNova Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, which is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect
- Email addresses you submit through forms on the Site or our branded product pages: lead magnets, the freeze letter, applications. We use them to deliver the resource you requested and to send related emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works immediately.
- Booking details when you schedule a call: your name, email, time zone, and the answers you give to the booking questions (for example, your situation and timeline). We use them to prepare for and run the call.
- Application and engagement details you choose to share when applying for an engagement (revenue, entity setup, residency, timeline). We use them solely to assess fit and prepare your engagement.
- Purchase details when you buy a digital product: your email and order information. Payment card details go directly to the payment processor and never touch our systems.
- Analytics data: page views, referring pages, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and interaction events, collected through cookies and similar technologies. We use it to understand what content works and to improve the Site.
What we do not collect
We do not collect banking credentials, account numbers, passwords, or identity documents through this Site. Calculator inputs are processed entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to or stored by us. Documents needed during a consulting engagement are exchanged through channels agreed in the engagement agreement, not through the Site.
Why we process it (legal bases)
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: consent when you submit a form to receive a resource or emails (withdrawable at any time); contract when we process booking, purchase, or engagement details to deliver what you asked for; and legitimate interests for analytics, Site security, preventing abuse, and establishing or defending legal claims.
Who processes it for us
We use a small set of service providers acting on our behalf:
- Tally — form submissions and email capture
- Cal.com — call scheduling and booking answers
- Stripe — checkout and payment for paid digital products
- Gumroad — email capture and delivery for our free resources
- Cloudflare — Site hosting, plus storage and delivery of purchased files
- PostHog and Google Analytics — Site analytics (both hosted in the United States)

Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its function. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies and browser storage for analytics through PostHog and Google Analytics. These identify a browser, not a person by name, and we configure analytics to create person-level profiles only for identified users. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the Site works without them. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font requests are sent to third-party CDNs.
International transfers
We serve a global audience, and our providers listed above are primarily based in the United States. Where personal data of EU, UK, or Swiss residents is transferred internationally, we rely on our processors’ safeguards, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Data retention
We keep form submissions and booking data for as long as needed to provide what you requested, plus a reasonable period afterward. Engagement records are kept as required by law, tax rules, and our contractual obligations. Analytics data is retained per our analytics provider’s standard retention settings. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@bankedright.com from the address in question. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and the rights above (access, deletion, correction) apply to you. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising them.
Children
The Site and our services are for business founders and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Site and our tooling evolve. The date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
